The inspiration for White Oak Farm actually grew from the kitchens and charcuterie program of Restaurant R’evolution in New Orleans. It seemed only natural that we join the locally produced, regionally grown and seasonally available food movement; we just took it one step further by establishing our own 25-acre farm. The farm is populated with a few pigs, chickens and a cow is on the way. We carefully selected each breed, created ideal living quarters and welcomed the animals into their new residence.
